Annapurna Base Camp Trek ranks among the most popular trekking routes in Nepal. The trek leads deep into the Annapurna Sanctuary surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks. Trekkers walk through beautiful forests, terraced farmlands, and traditional villages before reaching the base of the majestic Annapurna I.
The journey begins from the lakeside city of Pokhara and gradually climbs through Gurung and Magar villages. Along the trail trekkers enjoy spectacular views of Machhapuchhre, Hiunchuli, and Annapurna South.
