Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all trips, tours, trekking, and travel services organized by Himalayan Infinity Adventure Pvt Ltd. By booking any trip with the company, travelers agree to the following conditions related to booking, payment, cancellation, and travel responsibilities.
Booking and Confirmation
A trip booking becomes confirmed after the client submits the booking form and pays the required deposit. The deposit secures permits, guides, accommodations, and other travel arrangements. Once the booking is confirmed, the company begins all operational preparations necessary for the trip.
Payment Policy
Clients must pay a deposit at the time of booking to confirm the trip. The remaining balance must be paid before the trip departure or upon arrival in Kathmandu. Payments may be made through bank transfer, online payment systems, or cash payment at the company office.
Cancellation Policy
If a client cancels the trip, cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.
• More than 30 days before departure: deposit may be retained as administrative cost.
• 15–30 days before departure: partial trip cost may be charged.
• Less than 15 days before departure: cancellation fees may apply based on services already arranged.
If a trip cancellation occurs due to weather conditions, flight disruption, or government restrictions, the company will assist clients with rescheduling or alternative arrangements whenever possible.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers joining trekking, climbing, or adventure trips. Insurance should cover emergency medical treatment, high-altitude rescue, and trip cancellation. High mountain areas such as the Everest Region involve remote environments where medical evacuation may require helicopter rescue.
Health and Fitness
Clients must ensure they are physically prepared for trekking, hiking, or climbing activities. Some routes involve high altitudes and challenging terrain. Travelers must inform the company of any medical conditions before the trip begins.
Passport and Visa
Travelers must carry a valid passport and obtain the required visa to enter Nepal. Visitors entering neighboring destinations such as Bhutan or Tibet must follow the visa and permit regulations of those destinations.
Changes to Itinerary
Weather conditions, flight delays, road conditions, or safety concerns may require changes to the planned itinerary. The company reserves the right to modify routes, accommodations, or travel schedules when necessary for safety and operational reasons.
Responsibility
Himalayan Infinity Adventure Pvt Ltd works with experienced guides and partners to provide safe travel experiences. The company is not responsible for delays, accidents, natural disasters, political events, or circumstances beyond operational control.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking a trip with Himalayan Infinity Adventure Pvt Ltd, travelers confirm that they understand and accept these terms and conditions and agree to follow the travel policies and safety guidelines provided by the company.
